How to connect Coinbase to Tokenplace

How to make API keys on Coinbase and connect them to Tokenplace

1. Follow this link https://www.coinbase.com/ and log in to your account

Direct link to the API Management page: https://www.coinbase.com/settings/api

2. Select the Menu in the top-right corner of the Coinbase Pro dashboard. (Managing API keys is not currently supported on the Coinbase Pro mobile app)

3. Select the API link.

4. Under Profile Information, select the API Settings tab, then select + New API Key

5. Set the API key permissions: A window will open where you can choose which of your Coinbase Portfolios to connect, choose a nickname for the new key, and add the needed permissions. Only the View and Trade permissions are required for Tokenplace; no Transfer permissions are needed.

IP Whitelisting is not yet supported for Coinbase, and will result in an error message.

6. Create a passphrase, and then enter in your 2-Factor Authentication code

7. Finally, select Create API Key at the bottom to make a unique key. The new API key and secret will be displayed on the API Settings page.

The API secret will only be shown once, so remember to record your Secret in a secure location. If you lose your API Secret, we will not be able to retrieve it.

8. Go to the Exchanges page on the Tokenplace app. and click the “Connect” button on the Available Exchanges section.

9. Fill in any Account name, API Key, Secret Key and Passphrase from your Coinbase account

Your Coinbase connection should appear in “Your API Keys” section

Then you will be able see your assets in the Dashboard and start trading on the Trading floor
